Identify and Treat the Cause
We look beyond the symptoms of find underlying root causes of dis-ease in the body. Symptoms are our bodies way of communicating that something is out of balance. Understanding the cause is important for achieving full recovery.
The Healing Power of Nature
We believe in the inherit wisdom of the body; the natural self-organizing and self-healing mechanisms that help establish, maintain, and restore health. Our role is to support and facilitate this process by identifying and removing obstacles to health and recovery.
Treat the Whole Person
We view the body as a complex system of interconnected parts. We take into consideration a person's physical, mental, emotional, genetic, environmental, social, and other various factors as contributors to health and disease. Naturopathic treatments recognize the need for these elements to work together in harmony for overall wellbeing.
Doctor as Teacher
We aim to educate clients so they themselves can understand what is going on in their own bodies. This allows individuals to take an active role in their health journey and is key for maintaining health long term.
Prevention
We focus on overall health, wellness, and disease prevention. We consider and identify potential or developing health problems and aim to prevent them from occuring.

What can you expect in a Naturopathic consultation?
A 75 minute deep dive into your personal health history, diet and lifestyle, current symptoms and health goals.
Full holistic assessment which involves asking questions about each body system such as your menstrual cycle, digestion, mental health, skin etc. This helps us to investigate the root cause or what is contributing to your current symptoms.
Within 48 hours of your consultation you will be sent your bespoke Wellness Plan based on your health goals.
Your Wellness Plan with include the treatment goals from a holistic naturopathic perspective so the intentions are clear and you can get a sense of the bigger picture. You will receive initial nutritional recommendations and lifestyle changes to begin implementing as well as self reflection prompts to support your journey.
Extra testing may be recommended such as blood tests and/or other functional tests. This includes, but is not limited to- microbiome mapping, food sensitivity testing, hair mineral analysis and in depth hormonal analysis.
Your Wellness Plan will include custom prescriptions in the forms of nutritional supplementation, herbal formulas, teas, powders, capsules/tablets.
Referrals may be provided to other health care providers if necessary to complement our work together.
